Restrict RMS access of user to specific devices within a company

Hello, I have a number of users & devices registered under a primary company, of which I am the administrator. I’d like to be able to restrict RMS access of specific devices to specific users.

For example, I have device1 and device2, as well as user1 and user2. I want user1 to have admin access to all devices at all times, but I only want user2 to have access to device2.

I have multiple routers, but let’s use the RUT360 for sake of discussion.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

This can only be achieved by creating a second company where you will grant access to user2 to only access the added devices.

Furthermore, you will have to unregister the devices from the primary company, and re-add them to the second company . It should be noted that credits currently active on the device will be lost, and it will consume a new credit when re-added, so I would recommend performing this action towards the end of the credit coverage.

Then, give user2 an ‘End client’ role to only interact the devices that belongs to the second company.
