Teltonika 955 turns on, but i have 5 green LEDs blink (where the signal level is). I’m trying to update firmware 192.168.1.1/index.html. After the update procedure (I select the firmware file and click “Upgrade firmware”). Teltonika goes into renewal, ping to 192.168.1.1 doesn’t work and 5 green LEDs also blink.
If i try to update U-BOOT everything happens the same way: ping to 192.168.1.1 doesn’t work and 5 green LEDs also blink.
Who can help me restore RUT955?

Apologies for the delayed response. Can you please specify if the device is brand new, or if you have used it before? If it was previously used, could you please provide details about the conditions it was used in, and after what action the LEDs started blinking? Thank you.

This device has already been used at a remote site at normal room temperature and humidity. I can’t say after what actions the LEDs started blinking.One day the device stopped connecting. Our engineer arrived and saw that the LEDs were blinking. Before this, no one had done anything with him
