Reset user account at truphone

Hi,

we bought Teltonika FMC003 devices through your representative in Switzerland and the eSIMs of these devices were configured by our colleague, who is unfortunately not reachable now. We know his user name (and password) for the truphone portal (now it is “1Global”) where the eSIMs can be configured but… this account is protected with 2-factor authentification. So every time we want to login, we must enter an OTP (one time password), which is generated by an app. But the app is on the device of our colleague. So we have now a big problem: we cannot login… This means we cannot change configuration of all eSIMs.

We’ve contacted 1Global to reset the account, but their support people said us, that the reset can be done only by Teltonika, because these devices belong to Teltonika.

So could you please help us?

Also we would like to have more accounts at truphone. Is it possible?

Yes, you may contact us to reset the 2-factor authentication (2FA) by sending ticket to us via Helpdesk. Please provide necessary information on it.

If you would like to create multiple user on Truphone, you are allowed to do that. Simply send ticket via helpdesk as well and provide the email address you would like to add.

Where is the helpdesk site? Is it the proper URL: Teltonika Partner Portal ?

If so, how can I login, if we don’t have login data for Teltonika Partner Portal? As I said, we have only email / password for truphone portal.
