Hi,
we bought Teltonika FMC003 devices through your representative in Switzerland and the eSIMs of these devices were configured by our colleague, who is unfortunately not reachable now. We know his user name (and password) for the truphone portal (now it is “1Global”) where the eSIMs can be configured but… this account is protected with 2-factor authentification. So every time we want to login, we must enter an OTP (one time password), which is generated by an app. But the app is on the device of our colleague. So we have now a big problem: we cannot login… This means we cannot change configuration of all eSIMs.
We’ve contacted 1Global to reset the account, but their support people said us, that the reset can be done only by Teltonika, because these devices belong to Teltonika.
So could you please help us?
