I’m from IT-Transspedi, a company from Switzerland. And we want reset our account on truphone portal. I’ve a opened a topic about it at Teltonika Community ( Reset user account at truphone ) and we received an answer from your colleague. He said that we should open a ticket at Teltonika Helpdesk. But… to open a ticket we should have an account there. So my question now: how we can create an account for our company at Helpdesk? Could please send me information about it. Or simply open account and send login information?
