I am looking for some assistance with my Teltonika CAP7000.
Unfortunately, my device became unbootable after a failed firmware recovery attempt. I have already tried the official firmware and the available recovery procedures, but I have not been able to restore the device.
I would like to ask if anyone from Teltonika or the community could help me obtain the original factory recovery files, specifically:
- Complete Full Dump (raw flash image).
- Individual partition images (partition-by-partition dump).
- GPT / Partition table.
- Bootloader and recovery partitions.
- Any service or recovery package used by the engineering team.
The files will be used only to recover my own CAP7000 device and restore it to its factory state.
If these files are not publicly available, I would greatly appreciate it if a Teltonika engineer could advise me on the appropriate way to obtain them or assist with the recovery process.
