Realtime Data > Mobile Usage is not logging anything since 7.15 upgade

Hi all,

When selecting “Day” period it shows “No mobile usage data collected” but this is impossible because I read it remotely. When selecting a longer period the current day is zero, yesterday (when I done the upgrade) seems coherent at last until upgrade.

Realtime Data > Trafic > mob1s1a1 works correctly.

Reboot don’t change anything, “Used data / Data limit” seems to by reset but it is unsure because the modem is only testing now, so usage is low.

This modem was upgraded 7.14.3 without keeping setting a week ago. Upgraded to 7.15 remotely yesterday. Is has never seen the 7.14.0 and 7.14.1 buggy firmware.

Today the “No mobile usage data collected” appears in all tabs (day, week … and custom).

Also in “Network” > “Mobile” I have :

• Data received : N/A
• Data sent : N/A

“Mobile” > “Limits” and “Realtime Data” > “Traffic” seems to count correctly.

Edit : “Mobile” > “Limits” was reset during the periodic connection restart done every 24h by the carrier (including IP change).

Note : I also notice a bug concerning older firmwares in “Realtime Data” > “Traffic” when selecting “week” option. When looking at >48h old data all the usage seems to concentrated at 23h. This alters values for the “2 days ago” bar in “Realtime Data” > “Traffic” and “Realtime Data” > “Mobile Usage”.

“Realtime Data” > “Traffic” on a in use modem with 7.14.2 firmware :

For my application the mobile usage is almost constant with just a little transfer at night (the right 48h part in traffic graph is ok).
