The problem was the NMC/QMI protocol the SIM card uses to communicate. After the firmware update listed there, connecting to the WebUI through the VPN address does not work no matter what. Before the firmware upgrade, it worked fine through those protocols. Changing it to PPP made it work instantly, though we are limited in reliably using NCM/QMI from now on which is why I’m notifying you in hopes of helping you resolve the issue with the newest firmware update.
