Publish MQTT Parameter on event/state change

Hello,
It appears we need to ‘poll’ the RUT/TRB in order to get parameter updates using MQTT. Is there a way we can have the RUT/TRB publish topic parameters to broker on event or state change of the MQTT topic for example ‘digital1’ or ‘operator’.
