Tengo una red con 8 equipos RUTX09 pero solo con 2 puedo acceder y los demás o me aparecen fuera de linea en RMS y al enviarles ping no los detecta, los equipos cuentan con SIM 4G y en el área donde se encuentran tienen señal, algunos si los veo por RMS pero de igual manera no puedo accesar desde la dirección IP asignada

- Do the devices have remote access enabled?
- Are you attempting to reach the devices via RMS or using public IP addresses only?
- If you are using RMS, are there sufficient resources available in your company (credits / management packs)?
- Could you provide a network scheme or topology?
