I have a problem with the analog current loop. when injecting any ma value using process calibrator it gives only 21 ma (100%) , this value is constant at any ma injection lower value.
another trial with 2-wire analog sensor , connecting +24vdc power supply in series to first sensor terminal then the other terminal is connected to pin9 on the teletonika while connecting pin6 to the -ve 24vdc. this wiring gives a constant wrong value 18ma with no justification.
It seems that you are trying to connect a 4-20 mA sensor/calibrator directly to the analog input, which is not the correct approach. Please refer to this wiki page for detailed guidance: RUT955 Current Measurement with Analog Input.
A 1.2kΩ resistor is required to convert the current into a voltage that the analog-to-digital converter can measure. This resistance results in a voltage drop ranging from 4.8V (at 4mA current) to 24V (at 20mA current).
Please let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.
