Good morning, I have been configuring a RUT200, this morning I was trying to access it but I couldn’t, I tried to do the reboot and now the router does strange things, it cannot access from Wi-Fi, the LAN and WAN ports when I click on local do not link me to my PC, when I restart it all the LEDs stay on or none of them stay on.
How could I solve this?
Hello,
It’s likely that the configurations you set have caused this access problem. The easiest way to regain access to the router is to perform a factory reset. This will reset all settings to default, allowing you to access your device again by its default IP.

Hello, I don’t know but it’s quite strange because when it turns on, sometimes all the LEDs stay on and it doesn’t connect, other times it seems to work but when I go to enter 192.168.1.1, which I understand is the factory one, it tells me that the network is inaccessible. In the same case I try to log in via Wi-Fi and it doesn’t let me either, maybe it’s a firmware problem or SO?
Could you please clarify if you’re trying to configure the router for the first time, or if it has been used previously?
Are you unable to access the router via both WebUI and SSH?
Additionally, have you tried setting a static IP address to connect to the RUT200? If not, please give this a try. Detailed instructions for setting a static IP on a Windows can be found here: Setting up a Static IP address on a Windows 10 PC - Teltonika Networks Wiki.
