Hi,

I bought TRB145 and have a private APN. How can I configure the device so that I can log in to it remotely?

Hello,

Depending on how private the network is, you’ll need to take different approaches. If the network is shut down from the internet, you’ll need to talk to your system administrator about routing your router’s address so it can be accessed remotely. If internet access is available, you can use any remote management/access services like our RMS, DDNS, VPN, or a static IP address.

Okay, so I change “Mobile” to “Static” and enter the IP address and mask. And what should I do next to be able to log in remotely to TRB145?

I’m not sure what you’re configuring. In my previous message, I explained your options for accessing your TRB145 remotely. Which option did you decide to use? Are you using a static public IP or something else?
