hi
i just bought a pr1ica70 antenna and it says it is compatible with a rutc50, but there is a wifi antenna connection missing in the antenna itself, so i am missing 1 antenna connection since there are 3 connections in the router but only 2 wifi cables in the antenna

Can you send a picture of all the connections you have available?
You can find the datasheet for the device here : OUTDOOR LTE & 5G/WI-FI/GPS ANTENNA FOR RUTX50 AND RUTM50 ROUTERS
Please double check whether what is on the data sheet, and physically on your device matches.
I do need to note also, if that is the case and you are missing a connector, I recommend contacting the distributor, from which the device was purchased, for a replacement.

Look at this on your site, it says that RUTC50 is compatible with this antenna, but it is not as when there are missing a mounted WiFi antenna in the pr1ica70 antenna product, there is only 2 and you have 3 WiFi antennas in the RUTC50, in the x50 and m50 they are only 2 antennas to the WiFi, am I missing something here, Can’t finde dokumentation on that solution?

The device has a correct number of antennas, as it has 4 Mobile, 2 Wifi, and one for GPS.
Our RUTX50, RUTM50, and RUTM54 devices are unable to utilize the WIFI6 technology, therefore the antenna suits them perfectly.
RUTC50 can utilize WIFI6 technology, and was also released after we released the antenna, therefore it has an external port to improve the wifi. Note, that with just two antennas you will be able to utilize the technology itself, you just wont be able to achieve the maximum possible WiFi speeds or reliability.
