Dear All, I am new to this forum. We have been using many Teltonika RUT955s for our installations for several years. (after very satisfaction) But because we couldn’t get a RUT955, we were pointed to the RUT956. After configuration, the RUT956 can be accessed via 4G as usual.
But only the other LAN devices cannot be reached via port forwarding. We do see communication from mobile WAN to the address, but not back from LAN to mobile WAN.
I really hope to get the solution here. RUT956 is up to date.
To assist you further, could you please provide a screenshot of your port forwarding configuration window on the RUT956?
Additionally, could you confirm whether your device has a public IP address? If you’re trying to access your LAN device remotely through the internet (WAN), please ensure that remote HTTP(s) access is enabled on the RUT956. You can do this by navigating to System → Administration → Access Control and enabling the appropriate access controls.
