I’m requesting the latest modem firmware for security reasons, as noted here, and for better stability.
If I didn’t care about updates, I’d still be running the beta version I received a year ago. Past updates have significantly improved network reliability, showing a clear link between firmware and performance – reliability and connection stability (see attached screenshot from my UDR). That’s why I want to ensure my TRB500 runs the latest version.
