PLC to RUT241 to SCADA

Hello,

I want to send data from the PLC to the SCADA system via the RUT241.

There is something missing in the RUT241 configuration, but I can’t figure out what it is. The RUT is connected to the internet; I can ping public IP addresses like 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1. However, I cannot ping my SCADA listener from the RUT.

The listener can be pinged from anywhere else, and it is already actively receiving data from many PLCs. But when I try to ping from inside the RUT, it doesn’t work.

What could be the reason for this? What settings should I check and configure to be able to ping the server and then send data to it?

Could you kindly clarify the full configuration that you have in place at the moment? Do you have some kind of VPN set up on your RUT241, or how are you accessing your SCADA system? Could you possibly provide a topology of your setup so I have a better idea of how everything looks like? Please include the IP addresses (exclude the Public IP addresses) if you can as well.
