I would like to ask you how can I config may query on CLI to get answer something like ping commend on windows.
I would lik to ping some address exp. google.com directly from router to see if router have connection with internet and when loss.
Maybe you have other idea how to do that? Do you know if it possible to do that via CMD using SSH communication?

You can connect to the CLI directly via the router. Just go to System → Maintenance → CLI and enter the login information (U: root P: {your password}).
From here, you can execute your desired command. Keep in mind that RUTOS is built on Linux OpenWRT, so the commands used should be Linux-based. However, ping should work regardless.
