OTD500 is outside and above the roof, 500m distance to clear visible provider antena. Speed test on device itself or pc connected directly shows not more than 100 Mbps, while iphone inside house gets 250 Mbps download speed. How to get bigger figures?

Modern phones support faster LTE technologies and different modem architecture than most Teltonika-Networks devices as they are made and used for different purposes. Most of the speed discrepancies are due to carrier aggregation (CA). To see how CA and other factors can affect LTE speeds, please refer to the LTE Speed Discrepancies page.
If you haven’t tried already, you could experiment with band locking (Network → Mobile → Connection) to see how speeds or stability change on specific bands. More guidance on band locking can be found in the sources below:
