From the research I’ve done - this looks to be firmware-related. Could you please confirm what firmware version you have on your OTD140? Thanks for letting me know of this. Could you also confirm whether the functionality of your mobile connection is stable & working and it’s just that it’s giving you the error message?
It seems to me that my SIM is running, and it looks like it’s working; the error shows up, but I also tried going back to version 18.3 and it doesn’t change.

After consulting with the R&D, the issue seems to be Network-reject related, which comes directly from the operator. Therefore, the issue must be resolved by contacting them.
