Otd140 Internal modem is unreachable

hi to all,

I have a problem connecting OTD140 on mobile network, error internal modem unreachable or disabled.

running latest firmware OTD140_R_00.07.20.1

root@OTD140:~# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001

Hi,

I tried with the previous version of the firmware that was installed originaly on the device

nothing was changed on the configuration except that I tried to get the device running, it is brand new device

I have this problem only on this device even I have several Teltonika devices.
