I am hoping some can assist me. I am struggling to bring up OSPF on a RutX12 and 11, I have tested the configs with both Rut back to back and against Mikrotik and a cisco.
Based on the TCPdump I can see incoming packets but the Rutx isnt send hello packets to any neighbor
i have configures via web and cli but nothing works
