Putting the URL in a browser results in a 403 Forbidden error.

There are no additional packages available for the ntp001, as it is a device designed to perform only as an NTP server. Because of its simplified firmware and limited storage, it doesn’t support the installation of extra packages through opkg, which is why the installer isn’t working in your case.

You can view the packages that come pre-installed on the device by running the opkg list command.
