The bridge utilities are not officially supported on the OTD140. They are available only on a few of our devices, such as the RUTC50 and RUTM10.
Instead, you can use the ip command. For example: ip link show type bridge. Additional details about this command can be found here: Linux Manpages Online - man.cx manual pages
