O2 Wifi calling working via VPN but not ISP

Hi, just a quick clarification if you don’t mind.

O2 UK Wifi calling has stopped working on the RUtX09 via the ISP (EE mobile) but still works if I connect via RUTX09 to split tunnel VPN.

Are all firewalls and portforwards the same on the RUTX and this points to the ISP having the issue?

For anyone wondering, the issue looks to have been from the ISP side and was resolved, according to the user.
