Hi I have Rutx50 and 5 year monitoring plan and now the Rutx50 is blocked and I have tried to ping it and I am unable to get it to connect with the RMS network. It has been almost a year of connection with no problems. But now it’s like the router has been thrown out or blocked. Help!

When RMS shows the status “Offline”, it means that the router is either turned off or has no internet connection.
Do you have physical access to the router? If not, is remote access enabled on it, and is there any chance you can access it remotely without using RMS?
