I have a valid RMS subscription and after reseting an backing up my device there is no access. I shall contact the support, but I do not have found any email or support info!

Good afternoon,
I am sorry to hear you are unable to access the device in the RMS system. Here are a few troubleshoot steps that should assist:
Please check what firmware version is installed in the devices, and install the newest one.
Check this guide, which covers majority of basic RMS connection issues : Why is my device offline / not activated on RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Check if you can see any message near the “Status” icon in Devices tab in RMS, next to the device in question.
If the device has an exclamation mark with an error message, and it states that service is disabled, please enable the service under Administration → Companies → View company details and if credits are available, please toggle the service on.

Tried everything, but it still does not work. Paid for 5 years and there is still time. But can not reactivate the device.
Allways get device is temporarily blocked.
I am sorry, but I do not understand this very complicated system. I just want to administer my router not 500 of them. What do I hav to do? Spent hours trying to reactivate this mess!

Do you have physical access to the device?
Can you advise what error do you get in cloud solutions in WEBUI?
Can you also confirm you have went through every step in the guide provided? Especially sending commands via CLI to open RMS ports, and the rest?
Can you also advise whether you have tried to remove, and add the device, while checking what error you get in cloud solutions?
For testing purposes, can you also check whether you are able to connect to RMS system after a firmware downgrade for 7.13.4 or below.
