No Link at all ethernet ports

We have a 4-month-old RUTM08 with the following problem: The Ethernet ports are not accessible! Previously, the device was accessible and responsive after the second restart, i.e. the LEDs also lit up after a few seconds. The device has now been unresponsive for five days and the LEDs are dark even after several restarts. The device is not responsive.
What should we do?

It seems there may be a hardware issue with the device. I recommend contacting your reseller to initiate an RMA process. As you mentioned, you’ve been using the device for only four months, so it should still be under warranty.
