We would like to inform you that from January 1st, 2025, part of our legacy devices (From current reports mainly: FM11YX, FM12XX, FM53, FM4) stopped detecting satellites (GNSS loss ) which resulted in sending the same coordinates (or 0,0) to our client servers. We have encountered similar GPS rollover issue in early 2019. The patch on the latest base firmware versions is already available and potentially most of the customers who use the above products have upgraded to firmware that has the patch. However, there will be a part of customers who have not upgraded to the firmware, or are using specs that have not been upgraded.

I have the same problem with fm1200, I have more than 15 devices.
In the logs I see the message:

Hi all, We currently have 40+ FM1100âs that are experiencing this issue. I have been provided with the configurator and FM updater however when I open the configurator using windows 10 it doesnt display correctly and some of the config options are not visible. I have tried using the different compatibility options for previous versions of windows but none of them seems to change the display and as such I still cant see some of the config options so cant configure the units or write a new config file to push out via FOTA. Please can someone give me some advise.
I donât know what the Windows version has to do with it, but⌠Send us some screenshots of Error. For update you will need FOTA Lite/Desktop. Your canât update this Devices via WEB FOTA.
I have the same issue with some FM1202.
Did someone actually succeded in sending the configuration to the devices once it got deleted after the firmware update? I was told by the technical support to send it through the FOTA desktop app and some âPUSHâ command never seen in the device manual, but I was not able to do it.
I tried sending it by SMS and every setting seemed fine⌠Still the device is not sending data to our server.
We tried with the flush command and it worked but they are not able to send data on their own.

i have tried this firmware and it didnât work properly it send gps coordinates and then stops as if it doesnât see satellite like 5 messages with coordinates max per day
