We have a Teltonika RUTX50 which is not receiving data on the sim card (EE Network, in the UK, this has been working without issue for months) that currently in the RUTX50. We have verified this Sim has data and works but putting the sim into another device and Internet is working. We have tried multiple sims and restarting the router of course.
We have tried another Sim from and other provider and the same issue, no data is working.
