Hi,
I recently acquired a RUTM09 modem and am trying to configure it with our Orange 5G connection.
When I first received it, everything was working properly. A notification popped up informing me that a firmware update was available (from RUTM_R_00.07.20.3_WEBUI to RUTM_R_00.07.22.1_WEBUI). I proceeded with the update using a file, but without preserving the settings (I hadn’t made any changes at that point). The update was applied successfully.
However, after this update, we could no longer establish a data connection. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps:

Manually configuring the APN: APN = orangerun, Authentication = orange, Password = orange

Downloading and installing the APN database package

Manually selecting the operator code (64700) and the operator

Testing different SIM cards (all from the same operator)

Downgrading the firmware
None of these solutions worked. The modem connects, but no data is transmitted.
Do you have an another throubleshooting steps I could try ?
