I’m experiencing an issue on two RUTX14 routers after updating the internal modem firmware to version EG12EAPAR01A09M4G_01.001.01.001. Since this update, there is no longer any data connection.
After reading several discussions on the forum, it seems this issue is common and usually requires a support ticket to be resolved. I have already tried all the recommended steps (factory reset, APN reconfiguration, SIM card changes, etc.), but nothing has worked so far.
Could you please let me know the procedure to fix this issue or open a support ticket for me?
