No connection after discarging the sim card

after replacing the simcard from AldiTalk by a new one, my router does not get connection to mobile net eplus.

The router is an RUT955. It works perfect for wifi / wlan.

After filling in the data fields with apn and so on and saving, then tere is short a message with a red empty field called “bind to mac”. I think, that is the issue, but I have no solution.
