NAT Configuration for RDP Access on Teltonika RUT956

We are currently configuring a Teltonika RUT956 router for a mobile camera setup. We have inserted a SIM card with a static IP and configured the APN settings as provided by the ISP.

Our objective is to NAT our laptop and access it via RDP (Remote Desktop) using port forwarding. The port forwarding configuration has already been completed, but we are still unable to access the laptop remotely.

Could you please review and advise if any additional configuration is required on the router to enable RDP access?

Hello,

To begin with, you have a private IP address (since it starts with 10.x); I’d recommend asking your provider to provide a real public IP address which is not Publicly Shared.
