I sent mine as well - its strange you have not received either of ours here
A couple of questions.
- What does this option do and why does it seem needed
- Will my manual change be lost on a firmware update.
Thanks
Here is my uptime after making the change - you can see just the one drop which is my auto reboot at midnight.
- Your router loses connection because the modem attempts to renew its IP lease (pseudo lease) but fails to obtain a valid one from the network. This causes the router to think itās still connected when itās actually not. By setting DHCP to 0, the router does not attempt to renew the IP lease, preventing this issue.
- If you update the firmware with the āKeep settingsā option selected, this change will not be lost.
Additionally, our developers are aware of this issue and should address it in a future firmwares. However, I donāt have an exact timeline for when this fix will be released.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Could you please upload your troubleshoot package to OneDrive or a similar platform and provide a link in reply to this email? This will help me check if the issue with the emails is related to the file attachment.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi
This does work well but I am seeing these additional entries being removed and the issue re occurs, it maybe on reboot, but there is definitely an event thats happening to cause this and them obviously I see the original issue every 2 hours. Is there any suggestion on how to stop this happening?

Hello,
Unfortunately, we still havenāt received a response to our email. Could you please confirm whether you received it and if you have already replied?

Hi Marija,
got a response from Marius in the helpdesk center:
Hello,
I still tend to think that when someone calls a phone number, the router sees the call and is then forced to switch from 4G/5G to 3G. In this case, the data connection is terminated. This statement of mine is quite clearly confirmed by the fact that you mentioned that when set to 4G only, it works stably. Voice calls do not work on the 4G network, so no one can call the router, and the router continues to work on the 4G network. In this case, we can try this method: Set the router to also work with 5G (Auto mode) and then go to System ā Maintenance ā Troubleshoot. In the Modem debug section, execute the command:
AT+QCFG="call_control",1,1
This command will disable both outgoing and incoming calls on the router modem. After executing this command, check if the mobile data connection works more stably.
Best Regards,
Marius

hi Marius, thanks for this reply.
With setting, SIM cards in samrtphone (main SIM so said) can still be reachble, correct? So no change on this?
Because:
Former info, to go to call settings and set calls to REJECT, had the issue that the SIM card (main SIM in smartphone) also wasnāt reachable anymore, so no calls havenāt been possible at all.

Yes, this setting will not have any effect on the operation of the SIM card on the smartphone.
When set to Reject, the router rejects the call and then the SIM provider understands that rejection for the SIM number. You should try my method with the AT command. If it happens that calls do not work on the smartphone, then we will try other AT commands.
Best Regards,
Marius
