MQTT poor intergration

Hello,
I own an M10 router configured for my personal network, and I’m experiencing an issue with the MQTT service.

According to this page: Monitoring via MQTT - Teltonika Networks Wiki, the M10 router should be able to return several technical details. I have correctly configured the subscribe and publish topics, but I only receive values for very few indicators, such as uptime, pin3, pin4, and name.

For the others highlighted on the aforementioned page, I receive an N/A response. Why is this the case? Why are all models in the M series mentioned if values can only be read via MQTT for some of them?

Additionally, MQTT is such a useful service. Why can’t I obtain important details about the equipment, such as the number of connected clients, the bandwidth being used, or the connection speed? As it stands, this service is practically useless.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The reason you are only receiving a limited set of parameters through the MQTT service on your router is that the RUTM10 does not have a mobile module. As a result, parameters such as modem IMEI, temperature of the module, signal strength, network state, or connection type cannot be retrieved.

Currently, the RUTM10 supports only the following MQTT parameters: WAN IP, uptime, device name, pin3 & pin4 states.

Best regards,

thanks for your replay. hope in the future updates, MQTT it will provide more parameters. useful ones.
