I need to move multiple devices from one company to another sub company. Is this already possible in RMS? Or do I still need to remove the device from the current company and add them to the new sub company?
Do I need to reconfigure the VPN hubs/Routes of these devices?

I regret to inform you that it’s not possible to batch move devices from one company to another. The process requires removing them from the current company and then adding them to the new one. Please note that VPN hubs/routes will be need reconfiguration too.

That is a problem because I cannot create the VPN routes without the devices (Clients) online…
And I also don’t know when they become online

You can monitor the status change for RMS devices in Management → Devices. A green dot next to a device indicates that it is online, while a red dot means it is offline. For reference, here is a screenshot of what it would look like:
