Good afternoon, when trying to perform a modem update here, I found the modemfota.teltonika-networks.com unable to be reached and I cannot ping the address either. Is the Modem Updater package no longer supported or functional?

The device was an RUTX11

Additionally, what is the best / preferred course to get modem FW updates? I have yet to see the option appear OTA for a device and would prefer to not manually initiate an update via a remote connection. Will the RUTX11 ever support updating the modem via file upload?

I am focused on the Modem updates as the EG06ALAR04A01M4G_01.001.01.001 modem FW does not support Verizon SMS.
