Please help. We are experiencing problems with this device on site and are about to replace it with something else; but want to check that this isn’t the issue before we use another brand.
Could you please confirm if the device currently has an active mobile WAN connection? Does it successfully establish a mobile data connection with the operator?
If not, you may try connecting your RUT955 to another internet source (either via wired or wireless WAN) and then attempt to update the modem firmware through System → Firmware or when the new internal modem firmware available notification appears.
