I have made update to latest firmware 07.06.16, on my RUT950 and now i have a red zone on top where say “modem is unreachable”. I dont use the modem and there is no SIM card in sim tray, but i dont think the sim is the problem.
If i run in console the command: lsusb, i dont see any line containing :9008.
Also, i try a some instructions to recover modem and still the same problem:

Unfortunately, if there is no 9008 when executing lsusb, it means that the modem is no longer recoverable. The only suggestion in this case would be to send your device for repair. Please contact your reseller for assistance.

Unfortunately i have this router bought from internet on second hand. It was working then…
You think its a physical problem? Can i try a botloader rewrite?
@themsk Sadly, according to the output of your commands, the modem hardware looks to be faulty.
I haven’t opened one in a while so I can’t remember, but since yours it out of warranty already, it doesn’t hurt to open it and inspect if you can find any loose connections. I don’t know if the modem module is separate or soldered to the main PCB.
I recommend contacting the person or vendor from whom you purchased the router, as a repair is needed in this situation. Unfortunately, there are no alternative recovery options for the device.
Please note that the warranty for these devices lasts 2 years. If the device is no longer under warranty, it may be recommended to consider disposal.
