Modbus Tcp Client Mirror Inputs => Outputs Between two IO-Nodes, Scripting needed!

I have succeded to Read the Values but read Values can not be Written to the Other Node’s Outputs with ALARMS, only Constant Values are available.

For Example
Inputs: Read ExtNode_IP 1 30001 3 UINTS
Outputs: Write LocalNode_IP 1 40513 3 UINTS

This will also be done at the other node
Hardware: RUT956.2 x2, FW: RUT9M_R_00.07.10

I have a script(modbus_script.sh) running in etc/rc.local for now and I’m utilising:
"ubus call modbus_client.app tcp.test {…}.

  • It was difficult to find examples and documentation.
    If Read is ok I will write EXT_VALUES with function 16, to reg_count:“Val1 Val2..” I will upload my findings later.. There ought to be more clearcut examples with writing and reading modbus data from tcp nodes.
