I set up my Teltonika RTU240 and everything was working fine after inserting my SIM card. However, out of nowhere, the mobile connection went down and I received the message: “Mobile network rejection was recently detected.”
I tried rebooting the RTU240 and I checked the SIM card — it works fine. I’m not sure what changed.
When I insert another SIM card, the device works normally, so I’m not sure where the issue is coming from.

First, I recommend contacting your operator to confirm whether the connection is not being blocked on their end.
Next, ensure that your APN settings are configured correctly. You can check this by navigating to Network → Mobile → General.
After that, go to Network → Mobile → Connection and try changing the Preferred Network Type, switch between 4G only and 3G only to see if it makes a difference.
