Mobile data disconnected (internal modem) in logs

Hello,

I have a RUTX11 version 07.15.1
After several hours of use my internal modem is disconnected.
In the logs I get this information : Mobile data disconnected (internal modem)

Hello,

If you head to the WebUI → Network → WAN and press “Edit” on the mob1s1a1 interface, could you confirm that the PDP type is set to “IPv4”, and the APN settings are properly set as well? Your APN could either be set to auto (if the provider doesn’t request a specific one), or could be set to a manual one.

Additionally, I’d like to suggest upgrading to the very latest, 7.15.4 firmware version, as there were some improvements with the mobile services.

I am using private APN so that I configured it in manually state.

Also This morning I had upgraded the firmware but I had again the internal modem has disconnected state after several hours of use.

Hello,

After testing, we experienced a disconnection on the internal modem.
After restarting the router, the connection is working again.

What information do you need to diagnose?
