RUT200 no longer authenticated in RMS.
Unit was out of credit. But after buying credits/servicepack access is denied due to missing authentication. SIM is online, unit connected via RUT200 also online.
Any chance you can send me a form to fill in for my RUT200 to become available?
I am sorry to hear your device shows offline in the RMS system. Here are a few troubleshoot steps that should assist:
Please check what firmware version is installed in the devices, and install the newest one.
Also, please follow the instructions in the error message you provided. I would recommend trying to connect to the device’s WEBUI, that will confirm that the correct password is being used. Then in WEBUI if you go to Services → Cloud solutions, you can find the serial number and Lan Mac of the device. In addition you can see the error that the device is encountering when trying to connect to the RMS system. You can also reinitiate the connection in that screen. I would recommend re-adding the device with the correct details, and it should come back online.
