Is it possible to create a parents company for both BU - to ensure access to both?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Regarding your question about creating a parent company in RMS, please note that this is possible. To do so, navigate to Administration → Companies → Actions → “+ Create Company” within the RMS platform. This will allow you to create an additional company, effectively functioning as a second-level company under your account.
Once created, you will be able to access and manage both companies using the same user account.

Hi Zilvinas,
we already have two companies on level 1 that is populated with devices and data. How to I merge these existing as 2 separate children with one parent company, without lossing data and user accesses.

Yes, it is possible to merge them together. However, when the first-level company is merged with another company, it will become a second-level company. As a result, any configured VPN hubs will be removed and will need to be set up again afterward.
