Lost my phone and teltonika ID

Hi, I have several Teltonika RUTX devices deployed and use RMS to manage them. A couple of days ago my phone got destroyed and lost access to Teltonika ID app. I reinstalled Teltonika ID and changed my password, however I have been unable to access the Teltonika RMS app because Teltonika ID shows “No Requests found.” Can you helo me?
