I lost my credit after I unregistered the device for RUT956. I try to add the same device that I unregistered before but the credit lost. I try to activate code but they said This resource code is invalid. How do I fix this?

In the first instance, if you could go to RMS, and then to Administration → Companies → View company details. And above Credits, you will see an option to view report. Firstly check whether the credit you have added, has actually been added and the code is valid. If the credit was added, please on the same page go to Resources, and download the report which will show whether your device has actually taken the credit. There you can also see Codes, and Data purchases that were sucessfully added to your RMS account
Double check whether in the same page under devices, you have Service and Monitoring switched on as well for that device.
Could you also confirm, whether when you have added the device itself to RMS, then activated the credit on that device, managed to see it online, access it ,and only then re-added it? Or you added the device, the device was never seen online or active, and then you removed it, and it still didnt have the credit? As if that is the case, the credit may have been added to a wrong device. You can see such details in the Resources report history.
