I have a TRB246 allowing remote access to a third party device.
We have multiple devices being monitored on the first (parent) company, I need to allow a new device to be accessed by an end customer but allow this customer to access only one of the devices via remote monitoring. - I have created rolls but the only thing I can figure out is; We can only allow end users to all or none of the devices that we have set up via remote monitoring.

You can achieve this by using sub-companies. First, create a second-level company by following the instructions here:
Once the sub-company is created, you can move the relevant device to it. Go to Management → Devices , select the device(s) you want to move, and follow the steps shown in the screenshot below.
You will then be able to choose the company you want to move the device to.
After that, navigate to Administration → Users , select the user you want to move, click Actions , then Move user(s) , and choose the newly created company.
Once this is done, the user will only be able to see the devices that belong to the company they were moved to.
