Local broker-> message trasformation -> externa broker

Hi all,
Is it possible to receive the message to the local broker and after a message transformation (from hexadecimal to JSON ) then use the bridge to send it out to another broker? If yes, how we have to insert the transformation code?

Maybe do I should configure properly the “Data to Server” feature?

But in this case, where do I add the policy to transform from a hexadecimal payload to a JSON payload?
