Hi, I have a Telefónica RUTX50 fitted into my camper van. I have an external antenna fitted to the roof of the van which connects to the Telefónica router. SIM cards are in and we had a brilliant signal and no problems for the first week but now we have no signal. My iPhone and other gadgets are picking up the router but then it says no internet connection. The lights on the router are telling me it has 4G/5G and the signal is good. Has anybody else had the same problem?

To better understand the issue, could you confirm whether the connection drops occur only when using WiFi, or do they also happen on a wired (Ethernet) connection? If you can temporarily connect a laptop or PC with an Ethernet cable, this would clearly show whether the problem is related to WiFi or the mobile connection itself.
It would also be useful to test the SIM card in another device (such as a phone or tablet) to rule out SIM- or operator-related issues.
Since mobile coverage can vary significantly by location, I recommend checking the router’s mobile signal quality via Status → Network → Mobile. For reference values on good/poor signal levels, you can use this guide:
If the signal is weak or unstable, you can try manually locking bands to determine which one performs best at your location. This can help stabilize the connection if certain bands are congested or poorly served by your nearest tower. More details here:
Please let me know what you find out from these tests, and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.
Kind regards,
V.
