Licensing for RMS

Hi

I bought a router last year and purchased 12 months of credit which has worked well

Upon renewal, I purchased a 10-year management pack which I was told would allow me 10 years access to my single modem.

I did speak to someone in support who also confirmed this.

As you can see I have the management pack live on my account but zero credits and so am now unable to contact the modem via RMS.

In the event that I have purchased the wrong thing could the management pack be converted to credits ?

You’ll need to assign that management pack to the device. Instructions for doing this in RMS, can be found on the Teltonika site.

As Mike mentioned, it is necessary to set up a pack for your device in RMS so you will be able to access it. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: RMS Device menu - Teltonika Networks Wiki.
